PRG’s skills as a property operator are critical to serve our focus on multifamily properties that require capital and management attention. We reimagine and reposition properties, and conceive and implement major physical enhancements to maximize their market appeal.
Across our current portfolio, we manage value-added programs of $60 million or more in the aggregate, including thousands of unit upgrades and overall property improvements such as:

- Marketing window for prospective residents
