Jon Batmanghelich is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, capital raising, due diligence and deal execution for suburban and urban residential investments in the Western Region of the United States. Prior to joining PRG, Jon was a Senior Acquisitions Associate at Healthpeak Properties, a Big 3 healthcare REIT with $25 billion+ in AUM that invests in major healthcare real estate asset classes comprised of debt and equity investments, both domestically and internationally.
Jon started his career at Colony Capital, a global real-estate focused private equity firm with over $50 billion in AUM. Jon focused on underwriting and managing over $1.1bn in distressed debt with underlying collateral types including multifamily, hotel, industrial, retail, office, and land. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development, with a minor in Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California.
