John O’Donnell is responsible for property-level accounting, reporting and finance functions at PRG. He has over 35 years of private accounting/finance experience in manufacturing and real estate entities including comprehensive knowledge of financial statement preparation/analysis, individual, partnership and corporate tax law at Federal and State levels, and in applying GAAP principles for auditing engagements and management reports. John is experienced in the evaluation and implementation of policies, procedures and internal controls at both the corporate and property level. He received a BS in Accounting from Rutgers College of Arts and Sciences in Newark, NJ.
