Lori Settle is responsible for Asset Management duties including assisting with acquisitions, marketing for new acquisitions, hiring management companies, training Asset Managers and providing assistance on watch list assets. Prior to joining PRG, Lori was a Senior Vice President with Centerline Capital (formerly Related Capital) responsible for the REO Division, supervising the company’s owned assets, including tax credit and market rate properties. Previously, Lori formed Management Companies for major real estate ownership entities and held executive positions in Real Estate Management Companies for over 20 years. Lori holds a CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a licensed Florida real estate broker, is a Past President of the Florida Apartment Association and was an instructor for the National Apartment Association Educational programs.
