The project is located in the West Adams District of Central Los Angeles, which is bounded by the Santa Monica Freeway to the north, the Harbor Freeway to the east, Adams Boulevard on the south and Western Avenue on the west.

Community Benefits:

The property is located in the Adams Normandie Redevelopment Zone, an area targeted by the City of Los Angeles for the provision of incentives for new construction and development. This area is also part of the Los Angeles Community Development Bank Empowerment Zone, a county-wide program. The project units are rented to tenants with incomes that are between 35% and 60% of the area median income.
