PRG manages Private Equity Real Estate funds representing more than $1.4 billion in real estate development and acquisitions. These funds focus on urban and infill markets nationwide, investing in residential, mixed-use and commercial opportunities.

For its investors, PRG provides a diversified portfolio across geographies, product types and size of equity investments with access to attractive, high-growth opportunities. We use proven institutional processes for originations and underwriting, asset management, accounting and reporting, and leverage our extensive real estate experience to maximize the performance of development and operating property investments.

 

Current Investment Focus

PRG is actively seeking investments with more than $450 million in equity dedicated to the greater New York Metropolitan and Los Angeles Metropolitan areas. We provide equity, preferred equity, and mezzanine financing, as well as directly acquire residential and mixed-use real estate.

We work with developers, property owners and lenders to structure acquisitions and financing to suit a variety of needs, such as:

  • Acquisition of existing and distressed assets
  • Recapitalization of properties and development projects
  • Development of multifamily projects
  • Acquisition of performing/non-performing loans

 

While we consider a wide range of opportunities in the New York and Los Angeles Metro areas, general investment criteria include the following:

Investment Structures: Equity, Preferred Equity, Mezzanine Loans
Investment Amount: $5 million minimum; levered or unlevered
Investment Terms: minimum 2 years
Competitive Rates/Yields
Asset Types: Multifamily rental, residential for-sale, mixed-use; Existing operating properties, broken condos, partially completed projects, development sites, loans
