Investment Strategy
Phoenix Realty California Properties is a tax-credit fund formed to own limited partnership interests in three operating partnerships, each of which will own a single multifamily property eligible for federal tax credits under Section 42 of the Internal Revenue Code.

Properties
The three operating partnerships consist of a total of 117 units of affordable
housing in the Los Angeles, California area.
Status of Properties
All three properties have completed lease up and the fund is currently providing a yield to investors on target with projections.
